    Instant crispy idli

    Ingredients to make Instant crispy idli

    • semolina (sooji) 180 gm
    • yogurt 250gm
    • water 150milliliter
    • ginger paste 1/2tsp
    • green chillies 2tsp
    • salt as per taste
    • Boiled green peas 2tsp
    • Bell pepper 2tsp
    • coriander leaves 2tsp
    • oil 2tsp
    • mustard seed 1/4tsp
    • White lentils 1/2
    • curry leaves 10-12
    • Fruit salt 1/2tsp
    • water 2tsp
    • oil 2tsp
    • mustard seed 1/4tsp

    How to make Instant crispy idli

    1. In Mixing bowl add 180gm sooji, 250gm dahi, 150ml water,1/2 tsp ginger paste,2tsp green chilli, salt, boiled green peas, coriander leaves and bell pepper mix it well.
    2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes
    3. Add 2tsp oil in a pan, add 1/2 tsp mustard seed and white lentils, stir well
    4. Add 10-12 curry leaves and again stir for 1-2 minutes
    5. Transfer the tempering in Suji mixture and mix it well
    6. Now add 1 /2 tsp fruit salt ,2tsp water and mix it well
    7. Heat 2tsp 0il in a pan add 1/4 tsp mustard seed,pour the idli batter and spread evenly
    8. Cover it with lid and cook for2-3 mintues
    9. Flip it gently and cook it another side of 2-3 minutes
    10. Serve hot with cocunut chutney
