Black berry flavoured rasgulla dip in banana ice cream with lots cashew nuts & leftover chocolate pudding...A complete dessert I have made for "bachha party" & it's hit.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Full fat milk...1ltr
  2. Vinegar...2tspn
  3. Semolina...1tspn
  4. Black berry...100gm
  5. Sugar...1cup
  6. Water...1cup
  7. Ripe banana...3
  8. Sugar...3tspn(for ice cream)
  9. Blended fresh malai...1cup
  10. Chopped cashew nuts...4tspn
  11. Chopped leftover chocolate pudding...3tspn(optional)


  1. For banana ice cream, cut banana into small pisces & keep it in fridge for an hour.
  2. After an hour blend it in mixture.
  3. Now blend fresh malai with sugar.
  4. Make a soft smooth paste.
  5. Mix it well with banana paste.Add chopped cashew nuts.Take a box, pour the mixture in it.Keep it in fridge for 6 to 7 hours.After that ice cream will ready.
  6. For rasgulla, boil milk properly.Then switch off the flame & make it cool for 5 minutes.After that add vinegar to make paneer.
  7. Make a paste of black berry pulp & sugar.
  8. Add 2 glass water, strain it & make juice of it.
  9. Drain excess water from paneer.Mash it well mixing with semolina & make small balls from paneer.
  10. Boil syrup of 1 cup sugar, 3cup black berry juice & 2 cup water.
  11. When the syrup will start to leave bubble, add rasgulla in it & boil it in high for 10 minutes with lid.
  12. After 10 minutes size will double.Open the lid & boil it another 12 minutes in medium flame.
  13. Now the most important step & that is assembling.Take a plate, put banana ice cream & leave it in room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to spread the ice cream.Then put rasgullas.Decorate with fresh black berry & chopped chocolate pudding.
