ABOUT Yogurt ice cream with fruit RECIPE

You can use full-fat Greek yogurt or any percentage of fat, however the more fat, the creamier the frozen yogurt will be.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 g yoghurt
  2. 250 g granulated sugar
  3. 225 g blueberries
  4. 225 g strawberry
  5. few drops of lemon juice
  6. 1 banana
  7. 50 ml cream
  8. black pepper [1 pinch]


  1. Mix the sugar, yogurt and lemon juice. Beat the cream and carefully spoon it under the yogurt mixture. Rinse the blueberries and strawberries and banana and drain.
  2. Keep some blueberries and strawberries and banana aside for the finish and mix the rest into a fruit coulis.
  3. Stir the fruit coulis under the yoghurt cream mixture. Preferably prepare the yoghurt ice cream in the ice cream maker.
  4. Spoon scoops of ice cream into bowls and finish with some fresh fruit.
