Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicelli 50g
  2. Sugar syrup according to taste
  3. Mava 2 tbsp
  4. Almond chopped 5 to 10
  5. Deshi ghee 2 serving spoons
  6. Meetha peela colour
  7. Milk 2 cups
  8. Elachi powder 2 pinch

Instructions

  1. Roast vermicelli in deshi ghee till brownish hue.
  2. Stain the ghee
  3. Boil the milk in other pan
  4. Put the colour in the milk
  5. Add sugar syrup
  6. Now put the vermicelli
  7. Cook it till it become soft
  8. Let the milk get absorbed in vermicelli
  9. Now add elaich powder
  10. Take it out
  11. Add almond and mava
  12. Now dry roast it for 15 seconds
  13. Garnish with almonds
