Indian biscuits melted in mouth super soft.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour 100gm
  2. Gram flour 50gm
  3. Rawa(suji) 50gm
  4. Fine Sugar 200gm
  5. Ghee or butter 200gm
  6. Green cardmom 8
  7. Baking powder 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and ghee in bowl and whisk it.
  2. In another bowl add refined flour, gram flour ,sooji and baking powder mix it.
  3. Add this flour mix into ghee mixture. Make a smooth dough.
  4. Grease the baking tray. Take equal size dough make a small ball and place it and flatten it.
  5. preheat the oven at 200 degree and bake it 15 min at 180 dgr.
  6. Check in between if it turns golden take it out and let it cool and enjoy
