Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 ounces spaghetti
  2. 2 tablespoons butter
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2 tbsp spaghetti masala
  5. 1 cup mixed veggies [carrot,celery,leek sliced]
  6. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet melt butter over medium heat; cook eggs sunny-side up (so that egg yolks are not broken), and 1 cup of sliced vegetable. Sprinkle spaghetti masala on eggs while cooking.
  3. Place hot spaghetti and cooked eggs on a plate and stir together. Serve hot.
