Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 medium sized cauliflower
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. Salt and Pepper as per taste
  4. 3 cups water
  5. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Separate the cauliflower into medium sized florets
  2. Slice each into half
  3. Transfer these to a vessel adding 1tesp salt and 3 cups of water
  4. Keep on medium flame let boil till it's 3 /4 cooked
  5. Drain water and keep aside
  6. In a bowl whisk eggs,add salt and pepper,mix well
  7. Keep a flat pan on medium low heat,add a tbsp of oil
  8. Dip cauliflower in the egg mixture and place on the pan
  9. Invert after a few seconds and press to flatten the cauliflower,move it to the side of the pan,cook on both sides till brown,
  10. Repeat it with the remaining florets. You can fry 6 in a batch.
  11. Serve hot with ketchup,or a side dish for rice with sambar or rasam.
