Ingredients to make Cheesy bread rolls

  • White bread 6 to 7 pcs with the crust removed
  • 2 big potatoes boiled, peeled and smashed
  • Grated mozarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 1 big
  • Finely chopped green chillies 3 pcs
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Bowl with water and salt to moisten the breads
  • white oil for deep frying

How to make Cheesy bread rolls

  1. Mix the boiled potatoes, chopped onions, chopped coriander, grated cheese and salt to taste
  2. Mix all the above ingredients to a smooth dough keep aside
  3. Heat oil in a non stick pan
  4. Take one bread slice dip into the salted water and squeeze the excess water
  5. Now place a spoonfull of the prepared dough into the bread slice
  6. Cover the bread from all sides to give a shape of a roll
  7. Deep fry in the heated oil from all sides till golden brown
  8. Remove to a tissue paper
  9. Repeat the same with all the slices
  10. Serve hot with tomato ketchup

My Tip:

For non-vegetarians potato can be replaced with chicken keema the rest procesa is the same
