Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 cup basmathi rice cooked 90%
  2. 20 pieces of cleaned prawns
  3. 1 tesp ginger minced
  4. 1 tesp garlic minced
  5. Green chilli 2 finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tesp soya sauce
  7. Boiled peas 1/4 cup
  8. 1 big onion chopped
  9. 1 small capsicum chopped
  10. 2 eggs scrambled
  11. salt as per taste
  12. 1/4 tesp turmeric powder
  13. 1 1/2 tesp chilli powder
  14. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  15. 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Add oil in a wok place on medium heat
  2. Add prawns to it along with turmeric little salt and chilli powder, stir till prawns are cooked remove the prawns and keep aside.
  3. In the same wok with remaining oil in it add ginger,garlic ,chilli and saute for a minute
  4. Add onions and capsicum and saute till 1/2 cooked and crunchy
  5. Mix in the boiled peas ,add soya sauce and little salt,mix to combine well
  6. Add in the prawns and cooked rice and stir ,add the scrambled eggs and coriander leaves give it a gentle mix.
  7. Serve hot.
