Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. curd 1 cup
  2. chawal 1 cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. basic tempering(jera curry leaves green chilly )

Instructions

  1. take a pressure cooker add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of rice n pressure cook for 2 whistles
  2. release pressure when cooked add dahi ( add water to dahi and whisk ) Add dahi , lower the flame and keep on flame for 4 minutes take a wok add ghee and make a tadka of jeera, curry leaves and add over the rice and its done
