Its Made with rice & variety of lentils. Its Healthy, whole some, tasty and protein packed breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Raw rice
  2. 1 cup boiled rice ( Idli rice )
  3. 1/2 Cup Toor dal
  4. 1/2 cup Chana dal
  5. 1/4 cup Horse gram / Moong dal
  6. 1/4 cup Urad dal
  7. 4 red chilli
  8. 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  9. 1/2 tsp hing
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 4 garlic pearls chopped
  12. 2 green chilies chopped
  13. 2 onions chopped
  14. 1 sprig of curry leaves & coriander chopped
  15. oil ( gingily oil tastes good )
  16. Salt for taste

Instructions

  1. Wash & soak rice & Dal's for 3-4 hours.
  2. Grind it with red chilli's & fennel seeds to a coarse paste.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in the batter (batter should be little thicker than dosa batter).
  4. Heat the dosa tawa & pour a laddle of batter and spread it like we make dosa.
  5. Drizzle generous amount of oil and flip.
  6. Cook it till it turns golden brown and crisp.
  7. Serve hot with coconut chutney, jaggery.
