Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. .curd-500gm
  2. .semalina(sugi)-2cup
  3. .Besan-1cup
  4. Salt-1tbsp
  5. mustard seed--1Tsp
  6. Red chili powder-1bsp
  7. Onions 2(finely chopped)
  8. Tomato-2(finely chopped)
  9. Cumin powder 1/2tsp
  10. Pea-1/4cup
  11. green chilli past-1Tsp
  12. Oil-As needable


  1. .Take curd in bowl and semalina soak in curd in 20min.
  2. After 20min.it mixture add besan ,salt, mustard seeds,red chili powder and cumin powderand mix well.
  3. .Than we mix onions,tamato ,pea and green chilli past in it.
  4. .Heat a pan add some oil
  5. Pour a thick layer of better onto the pan cutlet size.
  6. It shallow fry both sides.
  7. Curd vegetable cutlet is served with green chatni.
