ABOUT Ramen Noodles RECIPE

Ramen is a Japanese soup, by way of Chinese noodles, that has become an obsession worldwide. With this recipe, we're exploring how to do that enthusiastic slurping at home.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 pkt hakka noodles
  2. 500 gms Boneless chicken or 1kg if using with bone
  3. 1 cup mixed carrot & cabbage
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1/2 cup spring onion
  6. garlic & ginger powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, herbs.
  7. Mushroom optional
  8. 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Boil Noodles with salt & oil. Strain water & keep aside.
  2. Boil Chicken with vegetables, garlic & ginger powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, herbs of your choice.
  3. Shred chicken & strain the broth.
  4. In this broth add veggies of your choice, add chicken & noodles. Cook for smtime. Adjust the seasoning.
  5. If using mushrooms then saute them in a pan first then add.
  6. In a bowl place noodles, add broth & top with chicken & veggies & then add simmered boil egg. I used fried egg.
