Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Puffed Rice - 2 to 3 cups
  2. Onion - 2 medium sized finely chopped
  3. Tomato - 1 or 2 medium sized finely chopped
  4. Raw Mango - 1 sliced
  5. Green chilly - 1
  6. Coriander leaves - 3 to 4 tsp finely chopped
  7. Groundnuts - 1/2 cup
  8. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  9. Lemon juice - 2 to 3 tsp
  10. Cocounut Oil - 2 to 3 tsp
  11. Salt for taste

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped onion, tomato, green chilly, coriander leaves, grated mango and groundnuts in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. To the mixture add coconut oil, lime juice, red chilli powder, salt to taste and mix well.
  3. Add puffed rice and mix well so that each grain of puffed rice is coated with spiced vegetable mixture. Serve it immediately
