Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Gram Flour
  2. 140 gram sour curd
  3. 2 cups Water or as required
  4. 1 tsp ginger chilly paste
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 pinch hing
  7. For filling 1/2 cup grated paneer
  8. 3 tsp grated coconut
  9. 1 cube grated cheese
  10. 1 tsp pepper powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 5 Curry Leaves
  13. 2 tsp coriander leaves
  14. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  15. 1 tsp green chilly chopped
  16. oil


  1. In a pan take some oil and let it heat.
  2. Meanwhile whisk the curd and add gram flour in small portions. Avoid lumps.when the batter is smooth add salt, hing and mix well.
  3. Now add the batter in heated oil and stir continuously till the batter thickens.
  4. Grease a plate and spread batter on it. Let it cool.
  5. Meanwhile take paneer, add cheese, coconut and salt, pepper powder and sprinkle it on the khandvi. Now roll it slowly and cut into small size .
  6. Now for tadka heat oil and add mustard seeds, green chilly, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  7. Pour it on khandvi and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
