ABOUT Ragi with guava chila RECIPE

It is a very healthy diah. You can eat it in breakfast or in evening snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 medium size guava finally chopped without seeds
  2. 1 medium size onion finally chopped
  3. 1 green chilli finally chopped
  4. 1 crushed garlic
  5. 1 inch ginger piece crushed
  6. 2 tbsp ragi flour
  7. 2 tbsp hole wheat flour
  8. Salt to test
  9. 1/4 tbsp cinnamon powder
  10. 1 to 2 tbsp Roasted white sesame
  11. 2 tbsp olive oil
  12. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take a Bowl. Put ragi flour,wheat flour in it. Add chopped guava, chopped onion, crushed ginger and garlic,chopped green chilli,salt and cinnamon Powder and sesame seeds in it .After this mix all the ingredients well with a spoon. Add water and make a little thick batter.
  2. Put a non-stick tawa/pan on gas,When the tawa/pan become warm, add half table spoon olive oil on it.Spread the mixture with the spoon on the tawa. Spread riasted sesame seeds on it.
  3. Cook chila both sides well. Serve hot with tamato ketchup or chutney.
