Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. skinless and boneless chicken 2 pounds
  2. Garlic Sauce-
  3. cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
  4. cayenne pepper 1/4 th teaspoon
  5. cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  6. black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  7. garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  8. turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  9. cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  10. paprika 1 teaspoon
  11. ground sumac 1 tablespoon
  12. salt 1 tablespoon
  13. olive oil 2 tablespoon
  14. lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  15. sliced garlic 3 cloves
  16. yogurt sauce-
  17. Greek yogurt 1 cup
  18. garlic 1 clove
  19. ground sumac 1 teaspoon
  20. cayenne pepper 1/8 th teaspoon
  21. for topping
  22. cucumbers
  23. pickles
  24. tomato

Instructions

  1. Garlic sauce
  2. After all the spices mixed.
  3. Marinated chicken with the garlic sauce
  4. Let it sit for overnight
  5. Yogurt sauce
  6. 1 cup Greek yogurt
  7. Other spices
  8. Ready yogurt sauce
  9. Broil the chicken
  10. Broil for 14-16 minuets in the conventional oven with this rack set up so the extra oil can drain
  11. Chicken is ready and the oil drained out
  12. Take any kind of your preferred paratha/ roti/lettuce leaf for less carb option,start with chicken
  13. Add sliced tomato, cucumbers, pickles
  14. Top with yogurt sauce
  15. Chicken Shawarma wrap is ready !!!!!!!
