ABOUT Peragu Dosa( Curd Dosa) RECIPE

Dosa made with Curd and rice flour, easy and jhatpat to make. Different taste than normal dosa.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1Cup rice flour
  2. 1cup curd
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cooking soda

Instructions

  1. Take rice flour in the bowl
  2. Add curd to it
  3. Next add salt and mix well
  4. If required add little water or more curd.
  5. Finally add cooking soda
  6. Give a mix, consistency nor too thin or thick
  7. Give 5-10 minutes rest
  8. Greese the tawa and pour batter
  9. Spread the dosa
  10. Cook on medium heat
  11. Flip to other side
  12. Cook on other side too
  13. Remove from tawa
  14. Serve hot
  15. Can serve with curd
  16. Or any chutney of your choice
