Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 150 gm
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Eno 1 tsp
  5. Salt
  6. Banarsi rai 1/2 tsp
  7. curry leaves
  8. Carrots - 1
  9. Green bell pepper - 1
  10. Oil 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix semolina, baking powder, Eno and salt, keep aside.
  2. Now chop the vegetables. After 15 minutes put the batter in idli stand and make idlis.
  3. In a pan add oil curry leaves, rai and idlis stir for 5 minutes.
