Dahi aloo or potatoes in a curd gravy, is a very common dish in UP and MP.
Deliciously amazing!
Clean and peel potatoes.Saute them in 1 tbsp oil in a wok for 5 -6 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in cooker add hing,jeera and ginger garlic paste.Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and potatoes.Saute them well.
Now add curd and stir well.When it starts boiling add salt.Give one whistle to the cooker.
Open the lid add garam masala powder and chopped coriander.Sprinkle kasoori methi powder.
Serve with roti or parantha.
