Dhaba Style Masala Paneer

Ingredients to make Dhaba Style Masala Paneer

  • paneer 200 gm
  • curd 1 tbs
  • onion 1 chopped
  • garlic 1 tbs
  • tomato paste 2 small
  • Kasoori methi
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Kitchen king masala 1.5 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • Oil2 tbs
  • ghee 2.5 tbs
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • cloves 3-4
  • Bayleaf 1
  • Black, green cardamom 2-1

How to make Dhaba Style Masala Paneer

  1. TAKE 200 GMS CUBED COTTAGE CHEESE, ADD 1 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC & GARAM MASALA POWDERS
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT, 2 TSP WATER, MIX, COVER & SET ASIDE FOR 10 MINS
  4. HEAT 2 TBSP EACH OF OIL & GHEE
  5. ADD 1 BAY LEAF, 1 DRY RED CHILLI
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, 3-4 CLOVES, 2 BLACK CARDAMOMS, 1 GREEN CARDAMOM
  7. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC, 1 TSP GARLIC PASTE
  8. ADD 1 GRATED ONION, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  9. ADD 1.5 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  10. ADD 1.5 TSP DEGHI MIRCH POWDER
  11. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, SOME WATER, MIX WELL
  12. ADD 1 TSP BESAN, SAUTE BRISKLY
  13. ADD 1/4 CUP GRATED TOMATOES, COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 5-7 MINS
  14. HEAT 1.5 TSP GHEE, ADD THE MARINATED COTTAGE CHEESE, SAUTE FOR 4-5 MINS
  15. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF CRUSHED KASURI METHI & GARAM MASALA POWDER
  16. ADD 1.5 TSP KITCHEN KING MASALA & 1/2 TSP PEPPER POWDERS
  17. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER, SALT TO TASTE
  18. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER, 1 TBSP CURD, MIX, COVER & COOK FOR 2 MINS
  19. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE & CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER
  20. ADD THE FRIED COTTAGE CHEESE, COVER & COOK FOR 2-3 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  21. ADD 1/4 TSP KASURI METHI, SERVE HOT WITH ROTIS OR PARANTHAS
