It is said that we should include colourful foods in our diet. What better way to have the bounty of nature, than this raita? It goes very well with biryani and khichdi.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled beetroot 1 Grated
  2. Carrot 1/2 grated
  3. Capsicum 1/2
  4. Cucumber 1/2 chopped
  5. Onion 1 small. chopped
  6. Roasted cumin seeds 1 tsp
  7. Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Green Chilli 1 (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Roast capsicum on direct flame for two minutes.Chop it fine.Take a bowl add all the chopped and grated veggies.Add green chilli.
  2. Add salt,chilli powder and jeera powder.Mix well .Garnish with coriander leaves.
