As per the popular saying, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. So surprise your valentine with these tempting chocolate strawberry tarts and make this day of love a memorable one to cherish for life.

For crust:
15 - 20 Oreo / Bourbon cookies
1/4 cup melted butter
For filling:
150 grams dark chocolate
100 ml heavy cream
For topping:
some strawberries and ferrero rocher

Instructions

In a bowl, take the crushed Oreo / Bourbon / any chocolate cookies and pour melted butter in it and mix well.
Transfer this mixture into a pie mould and press it with the help of a spoon or your hands. Then put it in the refrigerator for some time.
In a saucepan, add the cream and let it cook on a low to medium high heat for a couple of minutes. Make sure that it does not boil completely.
Once heated, pour it over the chopped chocolate and let it stand for around 1 - 2 minutes before stirring. Mix well until the cream and chocolate combine well and form a smooth and glossy textured ganache.
Take out the Oreo crust from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate ganache over it and let it cool down slightly.
Top it up with some fresh strawberries and Ferrero rocher.
Again, put it in the refrigerator for around 2 -3 hours until it is well set.
Once done, take it out of the refrigerator and place it on an upside down glass and remove the tart.
Serve this delightful dessert chilled.
