This is a delicious kofta curry to be served with hot rice for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients to make Kofta curry

  • 1 bottle guard
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 bowl fresh cream
  • ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • 4 _4 tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp red chilli
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tbdp all purpose flour

How to make Kofta curry

  1. 1 BOTTLE GUARD POTATO BOIL MAIDA GRAM FLOUR
  2. GRATE BOTTLE GUARD
  3. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SALT MIX ALL NICELY
  4. SEE LIKE THIS HAVE TO MIX DEEP FRY IT
  5. MAKE SMALL BALLS
  6. SEE FRYING IT
  7. FLIP IT
  8. READY THIS KOFTAADD OIL HEAT NOW ADD TOMATO GARLIC PASTE
  9. ADD DRY SPICES
  10. MIX WELL TILL COLOR CHANGE
  11. SEE HOW COLOR CHANGES
  12. ADD KOFTAS
  13. ADD WATER MAKE IT BOIL
  14. ADD 1 BOWL FRESH CREAM
  15. READY TO EAT THIS KOFTA CURRY
