ABOUT Grilled paneer RECIPE

This is an easy and quick recipe of paneer curry to be served with roti or naan on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. paneer 400 gm
  2. curd 1 cup
  3. besan 2tsp
  4. mustard oil 3tsp
  5. salt
  6. Red chilli powder
  7. lemon juice 1tsp
  8. ginger garlic paste 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer into 3 inches squares.
  2. Now in a mixing bowl, add the curd with 2 tsp besan along with 3 tsp mustard oil, salt, chilly powder, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste/ mix well to form a thick batter and add the paneer cubes in this. Keep these marinated for 1 hour in the fridge.
  3. Now whenever you have to serve, remove it from the fridge and then grill the paneer pieces, sprinkle some chaat masala powder on top and serve.
