Usually i use curd to make healthy oats chila..But i tried to make with Chanch( buttermilk). Oats is healthy as it containsn lot of fibre.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup oats
  2. 1cup curd
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1inch ginger
  5. 3-4 garlic pods
  6. 5-6 mint leaves
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. 1/2 tablespoon roasted cummin
  9. 1/4 teaspoon Black Salt
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 3-4 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Dry roast oats in a pan
  2. Grind into fine powder
  3. Take jar add curd, green chillies, cummin, chopped ginger, garlic, mint, coriander, black salt and make buttermilk
  4. Now in a bowl add oats powder and butter milk, add little salt and give a nice mix without any lumps. Give 5 minutes rest to the batter.
  5. Greese the dosa tawa with little oil and pour batter on tawa and spread the chila cover and cook.
  6. Flip to cook other side also.
  7. Remove and serve with chutney.
