This is a delicious recipe of bhindis, to be served with some dal and rice on the side.

Bharva Besan Bhindi

Ingredients to make Bharva Besan Bhindi

  • 250 gm bhindi [lady fingers]
  • 6 tbsp besan
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 7-8 garlic
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp haldi [turmeric powder]
  • 1 tbsp aamchoor [dry mango powder]
  • 1 tsp lal mirch [red chilly powder]
  • 1 tbsp sauf [fennel seeds]
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 5-6 mustard oil
  • 1 tap jeera

How to make Bharva Besan Bhindi

  1. TAKE 250 GM BHINDI CUT IT FROM CENTRE & 6 TBSP BESAN IN A BIG BOWL
  2. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES, 1/2 INCH GINGER & 7-8 GARLIC & MAKE THE PASTE OF IT
  3. ADD 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA, 1 TBSP HALDI , 1TBSP AMMCHOOR
  4. 1 TSP LAL MIRCH, 1 TBSP SAUF
  5. 1 TBSP MUSTARD OIL
  6. ADD 1 & HALF TSP SALT
  7. MIX IT WELL
  8. TAKE BHINDI & STUFF FILLING IN IT
  9. LIKE THAT
  10. TAKE A PAN & ADD 5-6 TBSP MUSTARD OIL
  11. ADD 1 TSP SALT & 1 TSP JEERA
  12. PUT ALL BHINDI IN THE PAN
  13. MIX IT WELL
  14. COVER IT 2 OR 3 MINUTES
  15. SAUTE IN LOW FLAME FOR 4 - 5 MINUTES
  16. NOW IT'S READY
  17. SERVE HOT & ENJOY
