Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Oil 2 spoon
  3. Salt pinch
  4. Water as need
  5. Oil for paratha
  6. 1/2 cup panner grated
  7. 3 tbsp roasted gram flour ( besan)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 sp Kashmir red chilly
  10. 1/4 gram masala
  11. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. First take A bowl add wheat flour for oil and pinch salt and make a dough with help of water then make a stuffing ....take a bowl add paneer gram flour and curd hung curd salt Kashmiri red chilli Garam Masala Mix well add coriander leaves then then take a wheat flour ball make a roti add stuffing and make a paratha and cook with help of oil in 2 minutes thanks
