Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Potato 500 grm
  2. Potol pr parval 500 gm
  3. Sugar 1 tsp
  4. Mustard oil 4-5 tbsp
  5. White cumin 3 tsp
  6. CURD 100 GM
  7. Tejpata 3 pieces
  8. ginger paste 4 tsp
  9. Salt 6 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 5 tsp
  11. Cumin powder 3 tsp
  12. Dhania powder 3 tsp
  13. red chilli powder 4 tsp
  14. Kashmiri red chilli powder 3 tsp
  15. Gorom masala guro 2 tsp
  16. Clarified butter 3 tsp
  17. Dry chilli 3
  18. Water 6-7 middle cup

Instructions

  1. First potato cut into cube size and wash
  2. Cut potol and marinate with salt+turmeric after wash
  3. Make a thin paste with curd and little water
  4. Paste the ginger
  5. Ready bhaja masala- fry in pan - dry chilli+little amount white cumin seeds.
  6. Heat the oil and fry the potol and keep aside
  7. Add more oil and add sugar
  8. Add potato after giving tejpata+cumin seed in karai
  9. Add Salt+all spices+little amount of water and saute
  10. Add curd+potol
  11. Put the lid and saute untill oil well discharge
  12. Add the needed water and cover the pan
  13. After boiling simmer the gas untill thick the gravy
  14. At last add the bhaja masala+garam masala+clarified butter
