Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup thick yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 cup chilled milk
  4. 3/4 cup mango pulp (Alphanso Mango)
  5. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  7. For garnishing:-
  8. 2 tablespoon khoya
  9. 1 teaspoon peanut
  10. 1 teaspoon raisin
  11. 1 teaspoon chopped cheery

Instructions

  1. Put thick yogurt in a blender jar.Add sugar and blend well.
  2. Now add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and blend for a while.Nutmeg powder gives distinct flavour to Piyush.
  3. Now add mango pulp into it.Use a spatula to combine.
  4. Now add milk and blend the mixture well.
  5. Mango Piyush is ready .Pour into a glass and sprinkle grated khoya on top.
  6. Garnish it with peanuts, raisins and chopped cherries.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  8. Serve Chilled.
