Spongy mini cakes,makes a good snack for tea time.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  2. 3/4 tesp baking powder
  3. 1/4 tesp baking soda
  4. 1/4 tesp salt
  5. 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
  6. 1/2 cup Sugar
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1/2 cup Milk
  9. 3/4 tesp vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes
  2. Keep the mini bundt tray ready by applying butter and dusting with flour.
  3. In a bowl whisk the egg and sugar creamy
  4. Add melted butter ,milk and vanilla whisk for a minute.
  5. Fold in the sifted all purpose flour,baking powder and baking soda and salt.
  6. Spoon batter into the cups ,a little more than half.
  7. Bake at 170℃ for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Remove cool completely.Rotate the cake slightly to loosen it and remove them.
  9. Yummy tea time mini cakes are ready.
