Its an easy and quick raita.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Creamy curd 4 bowls.
  2. Ready boondi 1 bowl
  3. Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  5. asafoetida a pinch
  6. ginger juice 1 tsp
  7. salt to taste
  8. sugar 4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Churn curd in a big bowl
  2. Add 2 bowl water.
  3. Add all ingredients (salt ,sugar, ginger, juice).
  4. Add pinch asafoetida
  5. Now add boondi.
  6. Mix it properly and keep it in fridge.
  7. After an hour, take out raita and design it with chilli and roasted cumin powder
  8. And Raita is ready
