  1. One medium size bottle guard
  2. 2 Cup hard wheat flour
  3. 1TB SP Chilli ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. half tsp turmeric
  6. 1 tsp cumin coriander powder
  7. 1 tsp sesame seed
  8. 1tsp sugar
  9. salt as per taste
  10. 20 BSP tamarind paste
  11. 1/4 tsp soda
  12. 1TB oil
  13. water if required
  14. Oil for grease
  15. ingredients for vadhar
  16. 3tbsp oil
  17. 1 tsp mustard seed
  18. 2 tsp sesame seeds
  19. 34 chop green chilli
  20. 1tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. MEDIAM SIZE BOTTLE GOURD
  2. 4 CHILLI, 12 GARLIC CLOVE, GINGER 1 CENTIMETRES
  3. GINGER GARLIC CHILLY CRUSHED
  4. 2 CUP HARD WEATE FLOUR
  5. 1 TSP RED CHILLY, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC
  6. 1 TSP CUMIN CORIANDER POWDER, 1TSP SESAME, 1TSP SUGAR
  7. SALT TO TASTE
  8. 1TBSP TAMARIND PASTE
  9. MIX
  10. 1/4 SODA,1 TBSP OIL
  11. KNEAD THE DOUGH IF NEED ADD WATER
  12. IN STEAMER HEAT WATER AND GREASE TREY WITH OIL
  13. MAKE MUTHIYA
  14. PUT IT IN STREAMER
  15. COVER WITH LID COOK FOR 20 MINUTES
  16. KNIFE SHOULD BE CLEAN
  17. CHOPPED IT
  18. HEAT OIL IN KADAI ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEED
  19. 2TSP SESAME SEEDS ,4 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY AND MUTHIYA
  20. ADD 1 TSP SUGAR AND MIX
  21. TASTY
