ABOUT FRUIT & YOGURT SMOOTHIE RECIPE

A very healthy option for breakfast. Blend together any fruits of your choice with yogurt and relish it chilled.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bananas ... 1
  2. Apples ...... 1
  3. Muskmelon .. 1/2 cup
  4. Strawberries ... 2
  5. Cherries .. few
  6. Grapes .... few
  7. Yogurt ........ 1/2 cup ( or more if you like)
  8. Honey / sugar .. ( optional) as per your taste.

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut all the fruits into small pieces.
  2. Blend them in a mixie adding yogurt.
  3. Carve the muskmelon edges in a zig zag shape with a sharp knife. Serve the chilled smoothie in it.
