This is a delicious recipe of dosa, made with semolina.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sooji [semolina] 1 cup
  2. Dahi [curd] 1 cup
  3. Water as required
  4. Salt
  5. Eno 1
  6. Pizza sauce
  7. Grated paneer 300 gm
  8. Green chili chopped 2
  9. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  10. Chopped onion 1 big size
  11. Chopped green coriander leaves [handful]
  12. Oil


  1. Make a smooth batter with semolina, curd, salt and required amount of water in a mixing bowl.
  2. Rest the batter for 15-20 minutes and then add eno. Mix well and rest this for 15 minutes.
  3. Now take the paneer in the bowl, add the green chillies, salt, black pepper, onion and chopped green coriander leaves. Filling is ready.
  4. Now grease a non stick pan wit some oil, now pour a ladle of the semolina mixture and spread to form the dosa. Put some oil on the sides.
  5. Now once the dosa has browned well enough, then apply the pizza sauce and then spread the pnaeer filling.
  6. Now fold the dosa and serve hot.
