This is 1 of thr experiments which went very well and ended up in a healthy dessert

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup hung curd(Prefer Greek yougurt)
  2. Milkmaid 2 tsp
  3. 1 packet chamomile tea
  4. Dried Apricots 100 grms
  5. Sugar 1 tbsp


  1. First prepare chamomile tea by boiling the water and letting it cool &then dipping the tea bag.Let it seep for 5 mins
  2. In the chamomile tea add the apricots and sugar and let them cook(add 100 grms apricots here I have put just 5 for pic)
  3. The Chimomile Apricot jam is ready
  4. Take the hung curd and whisk it till smooth
  5. Add the Apricot jam and fold
  6. Grind the digestive biscuit,add the butter & arrange it on the base if a ramiken.Press down and let it refrigerate for 15 mins
  7. Add our Prepared mousse and bake for 10 mins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees c
  8. Once cool ,Top the mousse with our Apricot Jam
  9. Serve cold.
  10. You can even make a non baked version . In 2 tbsp gelatin add 4 tbsp hot water and mix.Add this to the Yogurt mousse and mix well and refrigerate for an hour or 2
