Kachori stuffed with potato stuffing and deep fried. Then served with curd and spices.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For outer covering
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Dried fenugreek leaves 1½ spoon
  4. Salt ½ spoon
  5. Carom seeds ⅛ spoon
  6. Oil 1½ spoon
  7. Water
  8. For stuffing
  9. Boiled potatoes 3
  10. 1 onion finely chopped
  11. Salt ½ spoon
  12. Red chilli powder ¼ spoon
  13. Garam masla ¼ spoon
  14. Dry mango powder ⅛ spoon
  15. Chopped coriander leaves 1 spoon
  16. Other ingredients
  17. Oil for deep frying
  18. Chholey curry
  19. Hung curd ¼ cup
  20. Naylon sev
  21. Black salt
  22. Chat masla
  23. Red chilli powder
  24. Fresh coriander leaves
  25. Tamarind sauce

Instructions

  1. For outer covering ,mix all ingredients except water
  2. Make a hard dough by adding water
  3. Cover and keep aside
  4. For stuffing, mash potatoes and mix all ingredients
  5. Make lemon sized balls from the dough
  6. Flatten the roundel and stuff with potato stuffing
  7. Seal the openings
  8. Heat oil and deep fry all kachoris
  9. Break the kachori in middle
  10. Stuff chholey,curd,spices, tamarind sauce
  11. Garnish with nylon sev and coriander leaves
