Ingredients to make Chilla

  • besan 1 cup
  • Rawa/ sooji/ semolina 1 cup
  • curd...1 cup or so
  • Salt and green chillies to taste
  • Cumin seed...1 tea spoon
  • Ajwain...1/2. tea spoon
  • oil as required

How to make Chilla

  1. Mix everything except oil and keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. Now check batter and add water as requirec
  3. Heat a non stick pan, pour 1 ladle ful of this batter and spread like dosa
  4. Let it cook on one side, flip and let it cook on other side also
  5. Serve hot with any chutney or sauce

My Tip:

Atta can be added, if so desired. You can add any veggies too
