ABOUT curd roll delight RECIPE

This is a recipe inspired by Nisha mAdhulika's recipe and this serves as a delightful desert.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 bread slices
  2. 1/2 cup hung curd
  3. 50gm paneer
  4. 1/4 cup carrot
  5. 1/3 cup capsicum
  6. 1/4 onion
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 1 tbs maida
  10. oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. take 1/2 cup of hung curd in a medium size bowl and grate 50gm of paneer.
  2. now add 1/4 cup of carrot ,1/3 cup of capsicum,1/4 cup of onion and mix it nicely,
  3. now add 1/2 tsp of black pepper and salt as per your taste .
  4. mix it again properly.
  5. now take all the slices one on the another and cut the brown crust .
  6. take a rolling pin and roll the bread into thin slices.
  7. now apply some water in the bread and turn it upside down and again roll it .
  8. now again turn it upside down and fill 1 tbsp of stuffing andput another slice of bread and pack the corners
  9. take oil in a pan to deep fry and keep it on medium flame after 1 minute insert a wooden spatula and see it if small bubbles are coming if they are ,then it means the oil is ready
  10. now take your curd roll and fry them until golden brown
  11. take them out and serve it with sauce or green chutney
