ABOUT Dahi-Puri RECIPE

Dahi puri is a very popular snacks in maharashtra. A puri filled with sweet, sour and spicy chutnies and curd. My daughter loved it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10 -12 puri (l used readymade golgappe )
  2. 1 bowl whisked curd
  3. 2 boil and mashed potato
  4. 1/2 cup tamarind chutney
  5. 1/2 cup coriander -pudina chutney
  6. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 spoon chat masala
  8. 1/4 spoon black salt
  9. 2 spoon nylon sev
  10. 2 spoon chopped onion
  11. 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Make a hole in the center of golgappe and fill with mashed potato.
  2. Put chopped onion coriander and tamarind chutney.
  3. Add whisked curd in each golgappe.
  4. Sprinkle some chat masala, red chilli powder, black salt, nylon sev and coriander leaves.
