Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Ripe small mangoes - 3
  2. Jaggery - 1/8 cup
  3. Soaked rice - 1 tsp
  4. green chili - 1
  5. Dried Red Chilli - 2
  6. Pepper powder - 1/8 tsp
  7. Water - 1/2 cup
  8. Oil - 2 tsp
  9. Curry leaves - 5-6
  10. Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for 20 minutes. Peel the mangoes. Save the peel. Add little water and extract the juice out of the peels.
  2. Grind rice to a thick paste,by adding 1 tbsp water.
  3. In a pressure cooker, add the extracted juice, the peeled mangoes, pepper powder, jaggery. Cook on high for 2 whistles and release pressure.
  4. Temper in a tsp oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add this to the cooked mangoes. Serve.
