Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Baby potatoes – ½ kg Boiled and peeled
  2. Corn kernels – ½ cup (canned or boiled)
  3. Ginger garlic paste – ½ teaspoon
  4. Salt – to taste
  5. Red chilli powder – 1 and half teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
  7. Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  9. Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  10. Coriander leaves – for garnish
  11. Oil – As required

Instructions

  1. Heat about 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or pan. Add in the ginger garlic paste, baby potatoes and all the dry ingredients. Sauté over medium high flame. Add the lemon juice and a tablespoon of water and keep sautéing for a couple of minutes. A
  2. Add the corn kernels and some coriander leaves and toss well. Garnish with some more coriander leaves and serve hot.
