This is mu grandmas Recipe . Made of ripe mangoes goes well with rice n spicy potatoes veggie. Authentic recipes are always a pleasure to make.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ripe mangoes pulp 4 cups Besan 1 cup for pakodi Oil 3 tsp Rai 1/2 tsp Jeera 1/2 tsp Methi dana 1/2 tsp Hing pinch Haldi 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Sugar according to taste Salt to taste Few curry leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Make pakodas of besan without salt , for the kadhi. 2. In a patila add oil, temper with hing rai jeera curry leaves methi dana . 3. Add haldi n red chilli powder, add the pulp of mangoes ( grind them before using) like we make for aamras. 4. Add water according to consistency. 5. Add sugar accordingly, as sweetness depends on how sweet the mangoes are. 6. Add salt n let it boil on low flame for 7-8 mins. 7. Then add the pakodas and boil again for 5-6 minutes. 8. Serve hot with rice and spicy potatoes veggie. 9. Happy cooking.
