Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 Packets of digestive biscuits
  2. 4 Mangoes pulp
  3. 2 to 3 Tbsp of butter
  4. 1 and half cup of Sugar
  5. 1 tin of condensed milk
  6. 200 grams of paneer
  7. 1 cup of hung curd
  8. 4 to 5 strips of Agar Agar or 5 spoon of agar agar crushed
  9. 1 small packet Amul fresh cream
  10. Mango essence
  11. Vanilla essence
  12. Fresh cherry and mangos slices for decorations

Instructions

  1. Take 2 digestive biscuits packets.. add 2 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of sugar in it. Now churn this in mixture... take a spring foam mould grease mould with butter add this mixture in mould and make a thin layer out of it.. and set this mixture in refrigerator for 15 to 20 mins...
  2. Now take half cup of water and soak 2 and half tbsp of agar agar for 10 to 15 mins...
  3. Meanwhile take a blender jar add 200 gram of paneer+ 1 cup of amul fresh cream+ 1 tin of amul condensed milk + 1 cup of hung curd ( its optional ) + 1 cup of mango puree.. 1 to 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of mango and vanilla essences.. blend them into smooth paste... mean while cook your agar agar mix on stove in medium high flame till your agar agar mixture disolves completely now let your agar agar mix cool down for few secs.. remember it should be lil warm.. now add this mixture in blender and blend it again along with your mango mixture... now take out this mango mixture in your mould and make a second layer.. this layer should be lil thick.. set this in freeze for maximum 2 to 3 hours
  4. Now it time to make 3 layer.. take 1 cup of mangoes pulp and sugar as per the taste of mango.. mean while soak 1 tbsp of agar agar for 10 to 15 mis.. cook agar agar till it dissolve add this mixture in mango pulp and mix well immediately transfer this in mould and make thin layer. Set this for maximum 2 to 3 hours.. decorate your cheese cake with choice of your fruits and jams..
  5. Ready to serve
