Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Zucchini ... 1 (cut into small pieces )
  2. Gram flour ... 1 cup
  3. Onion ... 1 small (chopped finely)
  4. Coriander leaves ... handful
  5. Spinach leaves .. few (optional)
  6. Green chillies ... 2 (choppeed finely)
  7. Cumin seeds ... 1 tsp
  8. Whole coriander seeds .. 1 tbsp
  9. Baking soda ... 1 pinch
  10. Oil .... 1 tbsp (to mix in the batter)
  11. Salt .... to taste
  12. Red chilli powder .. 1/2 tsp (optional)
  13. Oil .. to fry

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and make a thick batter adding water. It should be dropping consistency.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and spoon it little by little in the hot oil. These are not made very crispy. Remove when they are done
