ABOUT Mango Hazelnut Ice Cream RECIPE

Crunchy hazelnuts with mango ice cream is awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mango puree out of 2 mangoes
  2. 2 cups thick milk
  3. 1 1/2 cup whipped cream
  4. 200 ml sweetened condensed milk
  5. Toasted and chopped hazelnuts 1/2 cup
  6. Cherry to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine condensed milk,milk and mango puree.
  2. Whip cream to soft peak
  3. Fold it with the condensed milk mixture.
  4. Gently mix in the hazelnuts
  5. Transfer to a bowl,cover with cling wrap,and freeze for 5 to 6 hours.
  6. Remove serve with sprinkled hazelnuts and cherry.
