First of all, add all purpose flour salt oil ajwain then and water mix well with the help of your hands knead a dough leaves for 20 minutes.
Take a Kadai put on heat add oil let it hot and green chilli all masalas, salt and gram flour and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then and mash potatoes and coriander leaves and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now take some mixture from dough make a small round chapati.
Apply three to four cards with the help of a knife.
Take some feeling and place on chapati.
Press it with your hands now wrap it into a Toffee ftom.
Cut it from sides to shape up the toffee.
now heat oil in a pan and fry these toffee until they change into golden brown.
Then drain on kitchen tissue.
Before serving Sprinkle some chaat masala and coriander leaves.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
