Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Salt half teaspoon
  3. Oil 1.5 tablespoon
  4. Ajwain 1 teaspoon
  5. As needed water
  6. Feeding mixture ingredients
  7. Boil mashed potato -2 nos
  8. Green chilli chopped - 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala powder half teaspoon
  10. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  12. salt to taste
  13. Roasted gram flour -1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. First of all, add all purpose flour salt oil ajwain then and water mix well with the help of your hands knead a dough leaves for 20 minutes.
  2. Take a Kadai put on heat add oil let it hot and green chilli all masalas, salt and gram flour and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Then and mash potatoes and coriander leaves and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Now take some mixture from dough make a small round chapati.
  5. Apply three to four cards with the help of a knife.
  6. Take some feeling and place on chapati.
  7. Press it with your hands now wrap it into a Toffee ftom.
  8. Cut it from sides to shape up the toffee.
  9. now heat oil in a pan and fry these toffee until they change into golden brown.
  10. Then drain on kitchen tissue.
  11. Before serving Sprinkle some chaat masala and coriander leaves.
  12. Serve with tomato ketchup.
