Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/4 cup wheat flour
  2. 1{/4 cup maida
  3. 1 tsp oil for shortening
  4. 1 pinch salt
  5. For filling- 1/4 cup mava
  6. 1/4 cup mango pulp
  7. 2 tbsp suji
  8. 1 tsp mango emulsion


  1. Mix wheat flour ,maida ,oil and salt kneed a soft dough with the help of water keep aside.
  2. For filling-Take a pan roast suji for 2 minutes and keep aside.
  3. Now mix in this pan mava and mango pulp heat to boil .
  4. Now add sugar and mix well .
  5. When batter start leaving the pan and comes to consistency like a soft dough switch off the gas and let it cool.
  6. Make small balls of mango dough.
  7. Now take small portion of flour dough inhand and shape it like a plate and put mango ball in it and cover . Just like our puran poli.
  8. With help of dry maida roll it gently in shape of round paratha.
  9. Shallow fry mango paratha in pure ghee .
  10. Make a crispy paratha.
  11. Cut in quarters and serve delicious Mango Paratha and enjoy "Mango Masti "in a different style.
