Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati rice 2 cup
  2. Onion 1 cup
  3. Corn 1 cup
  4. Water 2 cups
  5. Cloves 4-5
  6. Tej Patta 1
  7. Oil 2 spoons
  8. Coriander 1/2 cup
  9. Green chillies 3-4
  10. Desicated coconut 1/2 cup
  11. Salt a pinch
  12. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  13. Turmeric powder 1 spoon
  14. Coriander powder 1 spoon
  15. Ghee 1 spoon
  16. Cashew 4-5
  17. Cheese (grated) 1 cup
  18. Ginger-garlic paste 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. First soak rice for 15 min by adding water.
  2. Slice corn kernel from corn.
  3. In a grinder take coriander, desicated coconut, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and water and make paste of it.
  4. Heat oil in pan then add onions, cashwew, tej patta, cloves and saute it well.
  5. Then add corn and green paste.
  6. Add rice, water, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ghee, salt and water and cook it well.
  7. after it gets cooked add grated cheese and serve it.
