This is a very simple and easy to make with out oven and with out use yest.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Refined flour (maida) :- 2 cups
  2. Baking powder :- 1/2 tsp
  3. Baking soda :- 1 tsp
  4. yogurt :- 1 cup
  5. salt to taste
  6. Little bit sugar
  7. Melted butter for brushing
  8. garlic :- 1 tbsp
  9. Chopped coriender :- 1 tbsp


  1. Place a refiend flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, add baking soda,baking powder,yogurt pinch of salt and little bit of oil and mix.
  2. Add lukewarm water and knead into a dough.
  3. Cover and rest for 3-4 hours.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Press a portion of the dough flat on a rolling board and roll out into an oblong of 125 mm.
  5. Using little plain flour for rolling. Add finly chopped garlic and chopped coriender on the middle of the nun and press it with finger tips.
  6. Heat a non-stick tava and place the nun, cook it on one side till its puffs slightly and then turn over.
  7. Cook it on the other side its roast on an open flame till it turns golden brown.
  8. Brush each nun with the melted butter and serve immedietely.
